New strategic investors take a stake in SMINNO GmbH


Kassel, May 14, 2019 - SMINNO GmbH today announced the participation of two new strategic investors. Bonn IT and management consultancy axxessio GmbH represented by the managing director Goodarz Mahbobi and Professor Dr. Ulrich Tödtmann, Partner at RITTERSHAUS Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB, Mannheim.

The Kassel start-up develops innovative assistance systems for mobile everyday use with smartphones. In 2015, the company launched the world's first hands-free system for bicycles, CESAcruise, followed by CruiseUp, the AI cockpit assistance software for two-wheelers in 2017. The founders are currently working on the voice-controlled personal mobility assistant, which works independently of the vehicle on all smartphones ensures safe, goal-oriented and connected mobility on the market. With the access of the two strategic investors, SMINNO GmbH gains the ideal partner, which it strengthens, dynamically supporting it with the competencies and network.
